Lauren Burdette is a spiritual director, certified practitioner in the Narrative Enneagram, and writer. She is the author of This Life That Is Ours: Motherhood As Spiritual Practice. Lauren is the mother of Declan, Ronan and Healy, wife of Nick, and favorite human of Jasper the Beagle. Reading her book ahead of time is not required, but suggested.
