ADULT FORUMS – Led by the clergy

The Adult Forums take place on Sunday mornings in the Library between the 8:00 and 10:00 services. A wide range of topics, from scriptures to social issues, are discussed. The forum is led by both clergy and lay people. Watch for upcoming topics and feel free to join us for any or all of the programs provided.

MEN’S BIBLE STUDY – Fr. Brandon Cooper, Leader & Coordinator

The Christ Church Men’s Bible Study is made up of a vibrant group of men from all ages and backgrounds. We meet on Saturdays every two weeks in the Church Library from 8:30-10:00 a.m. If you are serious about growing in your faith, you need to know what God’s word says, and you need to learn to apply it to your life. Over the past few years, we have followed our hearts around the Bible. We don’t use a formal outline and we move from book to book, reading Scripture aloud and discussing the text. It’s great to be with a bunch of guys who speak their mind with gentleness and respect. We have a great time. Ask any of our members!

WOMEN IN DISCIPLESHIP – Janet Stephenson, Leader & Coordinator

Women in Discipleship has been going strong for nearly decade. Discipleship is not just studying the scripture, but applying the principles to our daily lives. It is developing a personal relationship to Christ, learning who God is, committing to serve Him, and a readiness to live under His authority. It is a relationship. The group meets every other Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. from September-May.

WOMEN’S EVENING BIBLE STUDY – Meghan Karn, Leader & Coordinator

This convenient, virtual meeting (via Google meet) allows the working woman to have a chance to participate in Bible study even after a long day at work! We’ve discussed books such as Bad GIrls of the Bible: And What We Can Learn From Them by Liz Curtis Higgs. This gathering is held on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 7:30 p.m.
