Fall Lecture Series

FALL LECTURE SERIES – Sundays: October 16, 23, 30 & November 6.

lectureJoin us this fall at Christ Church for a 4-week journey, teaching and discussion through the Bible: How we hear and see God, as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, speaking and acting through the Old and New Testaments, from Creation all the way to the birth of the Church.  This series will be a primer for our 4-week spring/Lent series in which we will begin to focus on our own discipleship of Jesus Christ by discussing how the Biblical themes of prayer, knowledge of God, worship and mission call us into a deeper relationship with God in Christ through the Holy Spirit, by living out each Biblical idea in our own lives at home and in the world.  In addition, two of our fall lectures will be led by Dr. Wes Hill and The Rev. Dr. Don Collett, theology professors from Trinity Seminary in Ambridge.

So come join us at Christ Episcopal Church on those Sunday nights from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. for dinner (more info to come) and discussion. Babysitting will be provided! The two series are meant to complement each other, so we hope you can make as many as possible!!
